Two things, and only these. First, aggregate analytics (below). Second, if you choose to sign up through a notify-me field on the site, the email address you enter — so I can tell you when the thing you signed up for is ready. There are no accounts and no required forms, and nothing is collected about you unless you submit that field yourself.

If a notify-me field is present and you submit your email, you're opting in to a single, specific update — a heads-up when the read-only windows into the machine open. Your email, the consent you gave, and when you gave it are recorded so the opt-in is verifiable. I won't add you to anything you didn't ask for.

Any email you submit is stored securely in the backend that runs this operation's projects, and is handled only to send the update you requested. It is never sold, rented, or used to build a profile about you.

One click. Any email you receive includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also simply reply and ask to be removed. Opting out removes your address.

The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic — how many people visit and which pages they read. GA4 sets analytics cookies to do this; there is no consent banner, and you can block or clear these cookies in your browser at any time without affecting the site. The data is aggregate and is used only to understand whether the work here is reaching anyone.

No advertising networks, no cross-site tracking beyond GA4's own cookies, and no selling or sharing of personal information. If you never submit the notify-me field, no personal data about you is collected at all.

You can ask what's held about you, and ask to have it deleted, at any time — just email the address below.
